QUESTIONS
Before you buy
Sizing, care and what arrives in the box — the details worth checking before you order.
-
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free, and every order is tracked. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.
-
When will my order arrive?
Every order is packed and shipped within 1–3 business days with tracking. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.
-
What if it arrives damaged or isn’t right?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or refund you — no need to send anything back. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of used items.
-
How do I pick a size?
Each product page carries the measurement to take before you order. Where a support comes in one adjustable size instead, the page says so.
-
Is it sold as a pair?
It depends on the item. Every product page says what arrives, under "In the box".
-
Why is only one size in stock?
Several listings are currently stocked in a single size, and the product page names it. More sizes appear on the page as they come in.
